These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your communications with Agile Construction Service (“we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website. Separate written agreements for specific projects take priority over these Terms where they conflict.
2. Our services
Agile Construction Service provides construction estimating and project support services to contractors, developers and construction firms in the United States, including material take-offs, cost estimates, architectural and structural drafting, project management support, procurement assistance, 3D renderings and permit facilitation. The scope, price and delivery date for each project are confirmed with you in writing before work begins.
3. Quotes & estimates
- Quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Cost estimates and take-offs are professional opinions prepared from the drawings and information you provide. Actual costs depend on market conditions, final design, site conditions and contractor pricing, and are not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for reviewing deliverables and for final bid, design, engineering and construction decisions. Drafting and permit services do not replace the stamp or judgement of a licensed architect or engineer where one is required.
4. Your materials
You keep ownership of the plans and documents you send us, and you confirm you have the right to share them. We use them only to deliver your project. Once paid for, deliverables are yours to use for the project they were prepared for. With your permission, we may show completed work as a sample in our portfolio.
5. Website use
Website content, including text, images and portfolio samples, is provided for information only and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Do not misuse the website, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.
6. SMS / text messaging terms
If you opt in on our website, Agile Construction Service will send you recurring text messages about quote requests, project updates, scheduling and customer support under the “Agile Construction Service Customer Care & Project Updates” program.
- How to opt in: enter your mobile number and tick the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS box on our contact or quick-estimate form.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

- SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the website or its content, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agile Construction Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or bids, arising from use of the website or our deliverables. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Agile Construction Service is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
