This Privacy Policy explains how Agile Construction Service (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website, request a quote, or communicate with us, including by SMS/text message. This policy is publicly available and no login is required to read it.
1. Who we are
Agile Construction Service is a construction estimating and project support company serving contractors, developers and construction firms throughout the United States. We provide material take-offs, cost estimates, architectural and structural drafting, project management support, procurement assistance, 3D renderings and permit facilitation.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number (optional), company name, project details, and any files or messages you send us.
- SMS consent records: if you submit a phone number on our forms, we record whether you ticked the optional SMS consent box, the date and time, the exact consent wording shown, the page and form used, and your IP address and browser details, so we can prove how consent was (or was not) given.
- Technical information: our web server automatically records basic request data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not buy or rent contact lists.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes, estimates and other deliverables.
- To communicate with you about your request or project by email, phone or, if you opted in, SMS.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and services.
- To keep records required for legal, accounting and compliance purposes.
4. SMS / text messaging
Program: Agile Construction Service Customer Care & Project Updates. If you opt in by ticking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, Agile Construction Service may send you recurring text messages about quote requests, project updates, scheduling and customer support. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
- Consent is optional. The SMS box is unchecked by default and is never required to submit a form, request a quote or buy our services.
- Message frequency varies depending on your request and project.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@agileconstructionservice.com.
Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers/carriers necessary to provide the messaging service or where required by law.

5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers that help us run our business (for example email hosting, website hosting and our SMS messaging provider and mobile carriers), who may use it only to provide those services to us;
- when required by law, regulation, legal process or to protect our rights, safety or property; or
- as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, subject to this policy.
SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared for marketing purposes, as stated in section 4.
6. Cookies
We use a single, strictly necessary session cookie to protect our forms against forgery. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Retention & security
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and business requirements. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as we message you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can demonstrate compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop SMS messages.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@agileconstructionservice.com. We may keep records we are legally required to retain, including a record of your opt-out.
- Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional privacy rights; contact us to exercise them.
9. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
