Agile Construction is the pre-construction partner contractors and developers call when a project needs accurate numbers, clean drawings and renders that close the deal. We work quietly in the background so the name on the bid is always yours.
We started Agile Construction for a simple reason: good contractors were losing time and money on the parts of a project that come before the build. Estimates took too long, drawings came back with corrections and renders cost a fortune. We thought that work should be faster, clearer and a lot less painful to hand off.
Today we are a small, focused team of estimators, drafters and 3D artists serving general contractors, developers and trade subcontractors across the country. We have priced everything from tenant fit-outs to multi-storey commercial builds, drafted permit sets for residential and commercial jobs, and rendered projects that helped owners and lenders say yes.
We are deliberately not a big firm. You deal with the people doing the work, scope stays clear and turnarounds stay short. When your plans land in our inbox, they are handled by someone who has measured a few hundred jobs just like yours.
